WHAT IS GLUCOSE (2-HOUR POSTPRANDIAL) TEST?

The 2-hour postprandial glucose test is the measurement of serum glucose level 2 hours from the beginning of a meal containing a specific amount of carbohydrate. In normal clients, glucose should return to fasting levels within 2 hours after the ingestion of the test meal.
