FLEGEL DISEASE (HYPERKERATOSIS LENTICULARIS PERSTANS)
This is an autosomal dominant condition characterized by punctate keratoses affecting the extensor surfaces of the legs and the dorsa of the feet, with palmar and plantar scaly papules and pits. Keratinosomes may be deficient. There is a risk of squamous and basal cell carcinomas (Li et al. 1997; Miljkovic 2004).
